--My aunt died after a battle with lung cancer from smoking, the same thing that killed her mother around 17 years ago.
--Jessi was my childhood friend. One of my best friends from second through fifth grades. She died as she was riding illegally in the back of a two seat car and the driver (going around 30 miles over the speed limit) ran a red light. She was killed on contact. She was only 16-years-old.
--Jesse was a wonderful man who was one of the friendliest people I've ever known. He died 10 days after he was diagnosed with liver cancer.
--Emily was a beautiful girl who always knew how to smile. She was so sweet and was always trying to help her friends. She had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I've known in my life. She died while skiing (she was on the high school ski team and helped bring them to state championships only a month prior to her death.) She ran into a tree while at practice at Heavenly Ski Resort and died of head trauma. She was only 14-years-old.
It's a wonder that these incredible peoples lives were taken from them, two at such young ages. They all had amazing stories to tell, each so very different. But they didn't get to accomplish many of the things that they wanted to. Their opportunities ripped out from them. The point I want to make is that life is short. We never know when our days will end. We never know how many more times we'll be able to tell our families and friends how much they mean to us. So never walk away angry, reassure people you love them and live for every moment.
And to the ones who have passed--
I love you and I miss you all so incredibly much every passing day. You will always be in my thoughts, heart and spirit.
Rest in Paradise you guys.

Should I cry a little more?
Should I try a little more?
I pay the cost and laugh it off
And do it all a thousand times again
NO REGRETS
